A certificate user is anyone who signs or tests certificates. Flow AI reads board photos and old certificates, writes up your notes as observations and suggests inspection outcomes; you check everything before it's saved.

Questions
What do I need to run WireFlow?
Web hosting with PHP 8.2 or newer and a MySQL or MariaDB database: most cPanel hosting plans have both. The installer checks everything before it starts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. WireFlow runs for 14 days after you install it, before you enter a licence key. Buy a licence at any point and enter the key under Settings, Licence.
What happens if I stop paying?
WireFlow keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, then gives you a 14-day grace period. After that it becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but not add new work.
Where is my data kept?
In your own database on your own hosting. We only receive a health report (no customer details) and an encrypted copy of the nightly backup, so we can help you restore if your server fails.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll move you up or down; the change reaches your install within the hour.
How do Flow AI credits work?
Each Flow AI request (reading a board photo, reading an old certificate, writing up notes, suggesting inspection outcomes) uses 1 credit. An EICR usually takes 4 to 6. You get 12 free credits each month; after that, buy a pack in WireFlow under Settings, Licence. Bought credits don't expire.
How do updates work?
When a new version is ready, WireFlow shows it on the System page and installs it in one click, taking a backup first. We can also push important updates for you.
